Image of Desa Putra & Management

This will definitely lower down the standard perceived by potential secondary purchasers and tenants. This also reflect the standard and ability of condo's management which most first hand purchaser expecting better value, quality and image.

You will not see this type of banner hanging outside property developed by IGB, MRCB, IJM, Tan & Tan, Sunrise, Kiara etc.

Yes, I agree. There should not be anything hanged on the balcony. It affects the value of the property.

I like to raise a proposal for the management team to enforce such policy to ensure that Desa Putra is perceived as a high end value property run by professional management team.

Laundromat would be an ideal solution should the tenants want to dry their clothing or better still - invest to purchase a dryer.
